Working together
Do I work with you directly?
Yes. I handle every project personally, from the first email to the final files. There are no account managers or hand-offs.
Do we need to meet?
No. Everything happens online through email, a digital brief and written feedback. If you’d prefer a quick call before starting, just ask.
What do you need from me to start?
A completed brief, your website link if you have one, and any existing logo files, brand colours or wording you already use. I’ll send the brief once you order or enquire.
How long will my project take?
Each service page shows its delivery time. The clock starts once I have your completed brief and payment.
Design and originality
Is your work original?
Yes. Every logo and layout starts from your business and a blank page. I don’t resell templates or stock logos, so your branding won’t look like anyone else’s.
What software do you use?
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro, plus CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. I use Canva only when you want templates you can edit yourself.
Can you work with my existing logo?
Yes. Brand Guidelines, the Stationery Set, the social packages and most print work all use your existing brand.
Are the examples on your service pages real clients?
The concept boards show fictional brands I created to demonstrate my approach. They let you see how I work without sharing any client’s confidential material.
Revisions, files and ownership
What counts as a revision round?
One round is one set of combined feedback on the design or copy, which I then update. Each service page says how many rounds are included.
What if I need more revisions?
Extra rounds can be added at £40 per round. I’ll always tell you before any extra cost.
Which files will I receive?
It depends on the service: logos come as SVG, PDF and transparent PNG; print work as print-ready PDF; copy as an editable document. Each service page lists the exact files.
Do I own the final work?
Yes. Once paid in full, you own the final approved files and can use them however you like.
Prices and payment
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
When do I pay?
All work is paid in full upfront. Fixed-price packages are paid when you order, and quoted projects when you accept the quote. Work begins once payment and your completed brief have been received.
Can you print my cards or flyers?
Printing isn’t included, but you’ll receive print-ready files that any printer can use.
