Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Create Marketing delivers branding and marketing services online. Briefs, feedback and approvals are managed by email or agreed digital tools; no face-to-face meeting is required.

Your quote will identify the deliverables and file formats included. We send completed work to your nominated email address or provide a download link. Physical printing, postage and courier delivery are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Timing and approvals

All work is paid in full upfront. Work begins once we have your completed brief, any required materials and full payment. The Business Clarity Pack is delivered within seven working days of receiving your completed brief and payment. Monthly content and bespoke branding projects follow the schedule agreed in writing.

Please provide one consolidated set of feedback for each agreed revision round. Extra revision rounds are £40 per round, and we will always confirm before any extra cost. Missing information, delayed approvals or changes to the brief may affect delivery dates; we will explain any revised timing and agree extra work before proceeding.

We send drafts for review before final delivery. You are responsible for checking names, contact details and factual or technical claims. Monthly content is supplied for you to publish unless account management is separately agreed.

Files, access and support

Download and keep a safe copy of your final files. Editable source files, fonts, stock assets and third-party licences are included only where your quote says so. Any download-link expiry or access requirements will be explained when we send the files.

If an email or file has not arrived, check your spam folder and contact info@create-marketing.com. We reply within 24 hours. Tell us your project name and the issue so we can arrange access or provide a suitable alternative format. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information by ordinary email.

For cancellations, incomplete work or problems with the service, please read our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. Trade mark application processing is controlled by the IPO; its examination and registration times are outside our control.
